This year marks a major milestone at Sierra Health Foundation: 40 years of grantmaking and partnership. We’re proud to share a glimpse into the last two years with the release of our 2023-24 Biennial Report.
This report captures how we’ve expanded public health policy and systems change work and disaster relief, strengthened economic mobility and climate justice projects, and championed opportunities for young people of color. We also celebrate the power of partnerships, having collaborated with over 1,500 organizations since our founding.
This report isn’t just a record of accomplishments—it’s a call to action. At a time when inclusive, equity-driven grantmaking and policy face growing political and financial threats, we are recommitting to our mission: to advance health and racial equity and racial justice throughout Northern California.
