Health Leadership Program
The Health Leadership Program will be back in 2014 with Class XI.
From 2001 to 2011, Sierra Health Foundation’s Health Leadership Program helped 270 health and social service leaders develop their skills to effectively lead their organizations.
The redesigned program will be jointly led by the Institute for Population Health Improvement at UC Davis Health System and the University of San Francisco’s School of Management, and co-directed by Kenneth W. Kizer, MD, MPH, and Rich Callahan, DPA.
Participants have the opportunity to improve existing skills while developing new competencies that strengthen their organizations, and deepen their ability and commitment to address health disparities and health equity in underserved communities in Northern California and the San Joaquin Valley.
Applications were due by noon on June 2, 2014.
We continue to support the HLP Alumni, remaining committed to the development of individual leaders and capacity building of organizations that work to make our communities healthier for all.
