Sierra Health’s conference center includes four meeting rooms and a lobby for pre-function activities. A large terrace, lawn and walking paths are ideal for outdoor events or small workgroup meetings.

Bannon Island
The largest and most-versatile meeting room, Bannon Island is an impressive space with easy access to the terrace and views of the Sacramento River. It’s perfect for educational seminars, workshops, trainings and conferences.

Capital
Also known as the Board Room, Capital is ideal for board meetings, with fixed hollow-square seating, a podium and fixed audio/visual equipment.

Natomas
An interior space with access to the Capital room, Natomas accommodates small meetings or can be used as an alternate dining area for small meetings.

Accessibility
The conference center’s meeting rooms, restrooms and terrace are wheelchair accessible.
Catering
The conference manager can recommend a number of caterers who are familiar with the facility and its requirements. Organizations may use a caterer of their choice with Sierra Health’s approval. The conference center does not have a separate inside dining area for large groups. A number of restaurants are within walking distance or a quick drive from the conference center.

The conference center provides use of the following equipment:
- Sound systems with handheld and lavaliere microphones (Bannon Island only)

- Speaker’s podium
- TV/VCR combinations
- DVD player

- Slide projector
- Overhead projector
- Flip charts
- Phone lines for conference calls
- Wi-Fi
Conference center staff can provide instruction on the operation of the conference center’s equipment, but staff is not available to operate equipment or resolve software issues. If additional assistance is needed, the conference center staff can recommend local computer consultants.
