Sierra Health Foundation is proud to support the first group of Nonprofit Innovation Center tenants and believes this group truly represents the spirit and dedication of the project.

Access Leisure provides, promotes and facilitates recreation programs and services to enhance the quality of life for anyone who requires special accommodations due to physical, developmental or emotional considerations.

The California Association of Family Empowerment Centers provides information, resources, technical assistance and systems change advocacy for a statewide network of local Family Empowerment Centers that provide family education, support, empowerment and parent-professional collaborative activities for families of children with disabilities ages 3 to 22.

California Family Resource Association is a statewide membership association of organizations and individuals working to build vibrant communities that put children and families first.

Center for Connected Health Policy is a planning and strategy organization working to remove policy barriers that prevent the integration of telehealth technologies into California's health care system.

Center for Multicultural Cooperation is committed to fostering the next generation of youth leadership through social and civic responsibility, cross-cultural dialogue and intergenerational digital storytelling initiatives.

Community Health Charities of California is the largest health charity umbrella group in the United States, raising money for more than 40 member health charities in the local chapter.

Encourage Tomorrow  provides quality educational programs that empower students and families to become resilient and to maintain healthy lifestyles.

Fresh Producers utilizes the entrepreneurial spirit to incentivize healthy choices and empower youth and adults. By supporting Community Operated Business hubs at facilities such as schools, congregations, clubs and community centers, Fresh Producers ensures access to fresh food, while building an educational trust fund for college and/or career training.

G.O.A.L.S. (Greater Options and Assistance for Lifelong Success) For Women works to improve the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of underserved women of color and their families by providing culturally sensitive mental health counseling, mentoring and empowerment services, and by advocating for increased community access to culturally competent mental health services.

The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy-Sacramento serves law enforcement families and departments in personal and professional crisis. It trains post-trauma intervention responders to respond to individuals, schools, businesses, neighborhoods and the community at large after experiencing tragedy or trauma. The organization also offers proactive prevention training.

Nepenthean Homes is a state-licensed Foster Family Agency established in 1989 for the purpose of providing homes to abused, neglected or abandoned children. Loving, stable homes are provided to the children placed with Nepenthean Homes Foster Family Agency, as well as support services such as art/play therapy and counseling.

The Nonprofit Resource Center's mission is to enhance the resources and improve the management of nonprofit organizations, primarily within California's northern Central Valley and Sierra Nevada regions.

ONTRACK Program Resources advances health and wellness by providing cost-free expert consultation and training services. Training is provided to organizations in communities beset by poverty, alcohol and other drug issues, HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, problem gambling and their effects on African-American and other underserved populations.

The Pacific Crest Trail Association has a mission to protect, preserve and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as an internationally significant resource for the enjoyment of hikers and equestrians, and for the value that wild and scenic lands provide to all people. Through partnerships, staff and volunteers, the Association is the Trail's champion and steward.

Sacramento Children's Health Initiative's Cover the Kids and Healthy Kids, Healthy Future is a countywide collaborative whose members consist of a myriad of public and private organizations working to achieve comprehensive health insurance coverage for all children in Sacramento County.

San Joaquin Community Data Co-Op is a nonprofit research and evaluation organization committed to improving the quality of life in central California by working cooperatively with governmental agencies, schools and school districts, law enforcement organizations, health care providers and a range of community-based organizations.
