Funding Region
Sierra Health Foundation’s funding region includes 26 counties in Northern California:
Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano (eastern), Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba.
Current grant programs serving the entire funding region are the Responsive Grants Program, the brightSMILES Dental Partnership, the Health Leadership Program, the Conference and Convening Program and Grizzly Creek Ranch.
